The only limitations the Trial version has are the 30 days and a maximum of 20 participants. Besides that you can try every functionality of Excelsa free of charge. If you want you even can run your event registration with a trial. We don't care. But be aware that we will show a small banner on the frontend and you have to subscribe if you want to use the the registration after the trial period.

No not automatically. If you like the Service you will renew by yourself and that is our goal. For sure we will send you a notification before your subscription expires.

You can use the service right after successful payment.

Services that are outside the scope of the subscription we will charge with EUR 150.00. Of course we will inform you in advance about possible additional costs. If we have made some mistake, we will fix it a no cost.

You don't have access after your subscription expired, but you can renew it until 30 days after expiration. Please be aware that for GDPR reasons we cannot store information longer than 30 days without a contractual basis.
